Digital Doctoral Dissertation Night
A contest of research projects on technological art, digital cultures and the computerization of heritage.
Paris, Friday September 23, 2005, Closing Night ICHIM 2005.
What is it ?
A lively evening, a rhythmic plunge into digital technology for its art and culture. A scene where young creative researchers present their doctoral projects, or other post diplomas research projects. A series of presentations, which are enticing, fascinating, seductive, humorous or very serious. A spot light on the projects and their authors, who are still in the shadows today, but deserve to be better recognized. A contest to merit emerging ideas, and a unique occasion to come out into the limelight, and transform them into concrete achievements.
